I am a Boise-based photographer and am currently attending Boise State University, where I am working on my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Though I am lacking a studio at the moment, I will happily provide my photography services to you.

• When it comes to pricing I offer the best and some of the most affordible service out there. I charge a minumum of $100 per listing shoot.
• The price of the photo shoot is based off of the listed price of the house being photographerd. The price is calculate as .0005 of the home's value. In that case, if you are selling a home listed for $400,000 the cost of the photo shoot is $200 dollars ($400,000 * .0005 = $200).
• The price includes all photos on the disk, up to 10 profesionally touched up photos ($25/photo for additional touched up photos) and 20 4" x6"prints (2/touched up photo)

• For any other events or more specific quotes, feel free to contact me by cliking here. I am willing to travel as long as I am compensated for travel, room & board. All my photography is digital. The services are priced by time and per photo. A rate of $80 per hour is charged for shooting. (Minimum 2 hours)
• After the shoot is over, you will receive an index of all the pictures as proofs on a web page for no extra charge. In a typical shoot, expect around 100 photos per hour of shooting. (will vary by pace, location, number of looks)
• The photos you wish to purchase are $30 each. That includes basic digital touchups, complimentary 4x6 & 5x7 prints, full rights, and a copy of the high-resolution images on CD.
  To receive all photos in full quality on CD with full rights, an additional $100 per hour of shooting is applied.
• Photo Retouching :
  Basic retouching: $20 per image (approx. 30 minutes of work)
  Advanced retouching: $40 per image (approx. 60 minutes of work)
• *Professional make-up and hair stylist available for photo sessions: Additional fees apply. Feel free to contact me if you wish to use a stylist.
